It will not only put a spotlight on breeders but could also punish those idiots who dont neuter their cat or dog, and unwittingly get a dozen kittens for christmas, repeatedly. We need cats and dogs to be recognised as a priviledge again, not a burden. I have a greyhound. Theres not really any good news from the greyhound industry, which is a shame, because they are great pets/friends. Bred like rabbits and if unprofitable, killed like rabbits.
